What People Have To Say About Maximize Your PT

Hello Friends,

Today I’m not gonna talk to much. I’m going to let other people talk for me. If you are a military member, firefighter police officer or any other athlete who craves strength but needs cardiovascular improvement, you need to pick up my new book “Maximize Your PT”. Don’t believe me? Thats fine, check out what these big name pro’s have to say.

Here’s what online entrepreneur and owner of one of the biggest websites in strength, Mike Westerdal has to say

“If you think working out entails simply doing push ups,
sit ups and running every other day you’re spending
too much time on the wrong regiment.  Get back to
basics and learn how to activate your hybrid muscle
fibers that are responsible for not only maximum strength
but endurance strength.  You’ll ace your next PT test
with flying colors and look good doing it. Get in better
shape for yourself and for our country.  We’re proud
of all the hard work and sacrifices you make for this
USA.  I wouldn’t recommend this program unless
I really thought it would benefit the service men and women
of this country.  God Bless!”

How about inspiring words from big time strongman and strength coach, Elliott Hulse

“I don’t know about you, but when it comes to the safety and security of my family and country I want the smartest, strongest and most resilient soldiers fighting for me. I have the deepest respect for those men who lay their heads on the chopping block for my freedom. With that, I can feel safe that those soldiers that train using Maximize Your PT will be well equipped for the rigors of military life and battle!”

Finally, how about some rough, uncut footage of an actual client who smashed the competition, not only in an Army style PT test, but in his first strongman competition EVER!

You owe it to yourself to train with the most intensity and yield the highest gains possible. This training manual/E-book is no joke and will give you everything you need for success!

The best part is, he was training with the style and equipment that i training military, police and firefighters with. That’s right, the same style strength and fitness training that can accel military members on their PFT’s can also help with strongman competitions.

Enough preaching, just watch the video

Times are tough, right?

So maybe a 40 dollar gym membership just isn’t in your budget? You’re better off without it!

Commercial gyms are a cesspool for failure and an encouragement for mediocrity. “Planet Fitness” for instance is a judgement free zone, yet i just saw this video

That seems like “judgement” to me. What they really mean to say is they accept the weak and deny the strong, AND IM NOT TALKING ABOUT PHYSICAL STRENGTH.

When I was 21 years old and 315lbs, I walked into a gym and accepted the fact that I was extremely obese and did something about it. Was it always fun working out next to incredibly good looking women and jacked dudes? Hell no, sometimes it was downright embarrassing. After some HARD WORK and DEDICATION though, I was no longer just a fatty in the gym, but one of those “jacked dudes” that people looked up to and asked questions.

If I had people to coddle me and tell me that I’m fine the way I am, maybe the motivation wouldn’t have been there to drive on and succeed.

WHAT YOU NEEED TO DO IS ANYTHING! Just do something….anything! I always tell people to use what you have. at minimum, you always have your bodyweight and believe me, that’s more than enough to get a workout (try doing 100 burpies for time and tell me your not broke off after that).

Here’s a video by my buddies over at www.usajunglegym.com. These guys epitomize the “use what you have” theory. Don’t have a barbell? Pullup bar? squat rack? Neither do these guys..

Every city has a park. If you live in the country, you have trees, rocks and other natural items. There’s no excuse to get strong and fit. Outdoor training is not only more effective, but also much more enjoyable. Get out and JUST DO SOMETHING!
