The “tough guy” guy in the picture, thats me, Donnie Kiernan. Im a current member of the United States Army Reserves. Im a Strength and Fitness coach, specalizing in strength training bootcamps for Military, Para-Military and highly motivated citizens. When I was a young private on active duty in the Army, I always hated organized Unit PT. Dont get me wrong, I loved working out and staying in shape, I just did not like the training they conducted.
